All American Gutter moved one downspout and installed gutter guards on our entire house. The whole process from the first contact until the installer left was professional and quick. There was great communication throughout. The technician (Paul) took the time to explain the difference between their product and others on the market, and brought examples with him when he did the quote. I want to emphasize that this was a quote, not an estimate. We paid the exact amount that we were quoted. The All American Gutter product is much higher quality, due to the unique design, but lower cost than other, more recognized names in the industry because they don’t have a high advertising budget to maintain. Our installer, Jim, was also very professional, friendly and efficient. We didn’t have to clean our gutters before the installer came. This is part of the service provided. Jim cleaned the debris off the patio when he was finished. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service and product that we received.

Best experience I’ve had with a contractor since moving to Columbus in 2011. Terry walked the property and thoroughly reviewed my options explaining why their gutter guard is the best option. Terry provided a quote on site and followed up after I obtained four quotes. He wanted to solve my issues. Their quote was very reasonable. Mike, the installation technician, is a wizard! He handled adding 90 feet of 6 inch gutter and guards to my second story and capped 40 feet of gutters above my garage by himself. Simply amazing and the end product looks fantastic! I couldn’t have been more impressed or relieved when All American installed their heads-above-the-rest protection on my gutters this summer. Every year it got harder for me to clear out the sticks, bark, buds and leaves filling our gutters from the large “dirty” maples (which I do dearly love) in our backyard; clogged drainpipes, standing water…Hired out, the work was expensive, and I wasn’t sure it would get done right. All American’s credentials, products, service ethics and reviews made it clear my choice would benefit me for years to come. This Fall my outdoor winter prep was a breeze! They installed along the back of house and one side of house. It look great after the install. Now go to Dec 7. I was up on roof and where the the gutter protection was placed. It was still great. I proceeded to clean the front gutters. I slipped on the roof top. Dislocated my right shoulder and has a neighbor come to get me off of the roof. Next week I will be calling All American Gutter Protection to add gutter guard to the front of the house. Lucky just my shoulder and not the 27 foot drop. I recommend this product.

Literally just had my install finished. From the beginning my salesman, Brian, was punctual & professional. We did a walk around after they assessed my gutters and explained what problems he saw and how we could fix them. Super easy to work with, no pressure to buy.
Install was done while I was out of town. My mom was here to oversee. The installer was on time and professional. There were a few funky things about my gutters (which were being reused) that he had to deal with. He explained everything and did a nice job using what he had to work with.
I had a few concerns about the install after I checked it out when I got home. A few things needed to be addressed before I would sign off. After a few texts with Jr from All American, they were taken care of the very next day after my install which was a SUNDAY.
The very first night after the install we got over an inch of rain! The gutter guards worked as advertised. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and the ease of working with my salesman and the install supervisor. Time will tell exactly how good the gutter guards work. My 2 giant oak trees and my neighbors maple will definitely put them to the test. I’m looking forward to NOT cleaning my gutters ever again.

I'm not sure what happened on installation day, but only 1 man showed up to install my 2 story house. I've installed similar gutter protection before and it took me and my daughter 2 days on a much smaller house. But this guy knew what he was doing. He was done within 2 hours. Replace gutter on back of home approximately 1 year ago. Gutter always leaked severly on the corner joints. Noticed they had not been connected and sealed properly. Called on Wednesday to inform them of the problem that the gutter had not been installed correctly. Following week sent Salvador and Glenda out to resolve the situation. I have no trees in the back yard but you will still accumulate some debris in them from neighboring trees. Salvador spent approximately 30 minutes to clean up the gutter and another 2 hours repairing the corner by cleaning off old sealant and reapplying new sealant and adding additional screws to the joints, then checked them to ensure the weren't leaking. If the 1st installer had taken the time to make sure the joints were correctly matched and sealed then this service call would not have been necessary. I give All American Gutter Protection a 5 star rating because they DO stand behind their work. I also give Salvador and Glenda a 5 star rating for their professionalism and quality of work. If I need more gutter work I will definitely turn to All American Gutter Protection....thank you.

We had them install gutter guards about 2 years ago. We had wanted this done for some time, but was quoted outrageous prices by other companies. We do have one place where it needs to be tweaked a little when there’s a heavy downpour, but it’s just a matter of contacting them to come back out. Buddy come to my house at 2 Honey Hill Court, Hilton Head and spent the entire afternoon performing contractual services. These included cleaning gutters, wedging facia to ensure gutters are properly aligned, sealing gutters, removing existing gutter protection and replacing with the same after cleaning was done. Buddy also removed a squirrel trap and covered that portion of the gutter with wire mesh. Buddy did an excellent job. He carefully explained the work to be done and after completion, did the same. He pointed out the details of the condition of my gutters upon completing his work. He noted that the gutters were in good shape and did not attempt to “over sell” by suggesting unnecessary work to be performed. I appreciate his enthusiasm, honesty and hard work. He is a model employee for All American.

The gutter guards are working wonderfully. The rain is flowing through the gutters today where it was pouring over the sides during the last one.
You can see even the corner with the pine needles piled up working wonderfully, and minimal dripping from the pine needles themselves over the edge.
Under the gate you can see the stream of water is flowing out the gutter perfectly as expected under the gate. Before they were installed, it was splashing down and getting inside the garage in a pool.

I had my gutter guards installed six years ago. Never had an issue until one day I was on a ladder and saw they had buckled. I called and they sent someone out within a week. Due to miscommunication, the person did not let me know they were at my house and therefore didn't check the others I couldn't reach. Hey! Had A.A.G.P come over to get an estimate. November, 24. Salesman was very polite and professional. I got the estimate, including a bit of an additional piece of gutter I wanted on, for a trouble spot. Well it turns out that I had 5" gutters and a steel roof. So thier recommendation was to upgrade to 6" gutters. I totally agreed with that. The installation went great. The installers were very good and walked me through the process.
Now from switching from 5" to 6" gutters the trouble spot I wanted done didn't get put on the new workorder. I can understand that. Happens to the best of us. I contacted A.A.G.P. With my concerns and they got right back to me. They sent out another installer to finish it up, in a very reasonable time.
Long story longer. I recommend them highly! If I get a different house, I will be calling them again.
As far as the actual product, I will let you know in a year. Truth be told, its too soon to give you a review.
